Plan for approximately 60-90 minutes for your first visit, since it includes your history, examination, and X-rays when needed. Follow-up visits are typically shorter.

 Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and any prior imaging or medical records relevant to your condition. Comfortable clothing with no metal is recommended, such as athletic leisure clothes.

Your second appointment includes your report of findings, your personalized care plan, your financial agreement, and new patient onboarding, so you have true informed consent and understanding before beginning care.
